Abstract

Modul Pendekatan Rasional Emotif Tingkah Laku (MREBTIS) telah dibina berpandukan Model Pembinaan Modul Sidek yang mengandungi dua peringkat iaitu peringkat menyediakan draf modul dan peringkat mencuba serta menilai modul. Seramai empat orang pakar penilai bidang telah dilantik bagi mengukur nilai kesahan kandungan MREBTIS dan seramai 30 orang pelajar tingkatan 4 Maktab Rendah Sains MARA (MRSM) di negeri Terengganu telah dipilih bagi mengukur nilai kebolehpercayaan modul. MREBTIS mengandungi sembilan submodul berasaskan Pendekatan Rasional Emotif Tingkah Laku oleh Albert Ellis (1955) yang diintegrasikan dengan elemen agama berpaksikan al-Quran, al-Sunnah, dan amalan ulama silam. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa MREBTIS yang dibina mempunyai nilai kesahan kandungan dan kebolehpercayaan yang baik. Kesimpulannya, MREBTIS boleh digunakan sebagai modul bagi mengurus kebimbangan dalam kalangan pelajar MRSM. Kajian ini turut menyumbang kepada perkembangan ilmu perkhidmatan bimbingan dan kaunseling berintegrasikan spiritual dan agama.
